Your Missions & Responsibilities 🎯

- Take care of the clients strategy, answer their questions, organize monthly calls, do competitive intelligence and you will  share the results of their content with them by offering them new ideas .

- Writing  the captions for posts on networks (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).

- Research and analyze the effectiveness of our  client’s  strategies.

- Respond to comments on customer accounts with professionalism and you know how to adapt to each customer's branding.

- Help the copywriter by finding viral topics for him to write about (and you can write about them from time to time if you want).   
- Work closely with our internal teams to help us improve our customer’s experience.

- Bring innovative ideas and participate in their implementation, so that we can improve our internal efficiency and better serve our customers. You will  take care of client onboarding and coordinate the teams with your planning.

- We will measure the success of our collaboration according to the level of client satisfaction, and the results obtained (compared to the general benchmark within all of the agency's clients).

- This is a key position for our agency and our client’s  results. This is therefore a golden opportunity if you want to take responsibility, progress personally and professionally, but also if you want to work with a team of A-players.

Requirements

- Be fervently passionate about community management, backed by a portfolio of successful community-building initiatives that showcase your creativity and effectiveness in cultivating thriving online communities.

- Grasp the structure and dynamics of community engagement within a digital landscape, with an aptitude for enhancing community growth and retention through strategic communication and engagement strategies. 

- Maintain a curious mindset and a commitment to continual improvement, actively seeking out new trends and best practices in community management to ensure the ongoing success and growth of our community.

- Demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence and a willingness to go above and beyond in delivering exceptional support and service to our community members, fostering a positive and inclusive environment for all.

- Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, TikTok (and other bonus platforms
