Your Missions & Responsibilities🎯

- As a Funnel Builder & GHL Expert, your mission is to set up and manage powerful, automated marketing funnels that drive measurable results for our clients. You will ensure each client has a fully functional, conversion-focused system that supports their offer, their audience, and their business goals—no matter the platform.

- GHL Account Setup

• Configure GoHighLevel accounts for new clients (custom domains, email setup, calendars, pipelines, integrations, etc.).
• Ensure full readiness for lead capture, nurturing, and sales workflows.

- Marketing Automation

• Design and implement automation workflows (lead follow-ups, reminders, onboarding sequences, abandoned leads, tagging, etc.).
• Set up SMS/email workflows, internal notifications, task assignments, and follow-up logic tailored to each business.

- Funnel Creation Across Platforms

• Build and optimize funnels inside GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Systeme.io, Learnybox, Kajabi, or any funnel builder used by our clients.
• Adapt high-converting models, wireframes, or references into functioning, brand-aligned funnels.
• Ensure responsive design, fast load times, and professional look & feel using CSS/JS if needed.

Requirements

- Proven experience with GoHighLevel is essential.

- Comfortable building funnels in other tools: ClickFunnels, Systeme.io, Kajabi, Learnybox, etc.

- Ability to create automated workflows and manage CRM logic.

- Good knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for design tweaking and technical enhancements.

- Experience in funnel marketing, UX principles, and conversion optimization is a big plus.

- Bonus: Understanding of email deliverability, domain configuration (DNS, SPF/DKIM), Zapier, Stripe, Calendly, etc.
