Your Missions & Responsibilities 🎯‍

- Your primary role will be to plan, organize and effectively manage the team to ensure processes, guidelines and standard operating procedures are followed.  
- Control project development and maintain high quality standards. ‍ ‍
- Streamline workflows through delegation, automation and process optimization. ‍ ‍
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and ensure everyone is aligned with the company's vision and mission. - Minimize operating expenses by reducing waste, improving process efficiency and negotiating better prices, which helps the business reduce overall costs and improve profitability.  
- Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact operations. ‍

Requirements‍

- You have Experience as operations or operations management in AGENCY SPACE or ONLINE MARKETING SPACE. ‍ ‍
- You have strong decision-making and problem-solving skills and organizational skills for effective task and project management. ‍ ‍
