- Your main role will be to communicate every day with your clients, lead a team composed of a media buyer and a copywriter in order to meet your clients' objectives, understand and develop appropriate marketing strategies, and report regularly on results for the team.
- These clients will be managed by an assigned CSM (you) to ensure optimal communication and optimize results. You will work closely with a copywriter and a media buyer, to produce VSL/adscripts/adcopies and manage advertisements for assigned clients.
- Our clients advertise primarily on Meta/Google. Your media buyer team takes care of that, but will also be able to provide you with feedback supported by DATA, in order to adapt the strategy if necessary.
- You will have to make the onboarding call with the client (when the assigned client is new to the agency) and the copywriter, in order to ask all the necessary questions, the proper management of the account and the strategy.
- We will measure the success of our collaboration according to the level of client satisfaction, and the results obtained (compared to the general benchmark within all of the agency's clients)
- This is a key position for our agency and our client’s results. This is therefore a golden opportunity if you want to take responsibility, progress personally and professionally, but also if you want to work with a team of A-players.
- Have a good understanding and love of the infopreneurship market.
- Have the knowledge/experience of agency space or the online coaching space.
- Understand the structure of a sales funnel and how to make it more effective. (you will of course also be trained internally).
